Live Lounge Volume 4 features tracks from the ever popular Radio 1 lunchtime show, where bands perform their own track, and a cover version. The tracks are live and stripped down, showing the true quality of the musicianship and craft of the song. This is the only place to get these unique tracks.

Volume 4 is the first Live Lounge album to be released since Fearne Cotton took over the show from Jo Whiley in September.

As with the previous Live Lounge albums, the track listing features a combination of alternative versions of band classics plus unique cover versions recorded live in the BBC Live Lounge studio. The sound reflects what is happening this year, and volume 4 has a very electro-pop feel. It is a unique snapshot of the hottest bands and artists of 2009, and a must-have for music lovers.
